All merchandise sold will ONLY be considered for a refund or exchange up to 3 business days after the item reflects it has been received. A request must be sent to CustomerService@Expressionsllc.net within the appropriate time frame. After the 4th business day items will no longer be accepted for a Refund / Exchange.
Items must be Unused, Unworn, & in the original packaging Unopened when sold to be considered for a Refund / Exchange
Items may be applicable for store credit if requested. Please be mindful, every situation is different! An email request is imperative immediately!
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic if the seal on any item is broken the item will not be applicable for a Refund / Exchange! It is in our best interest to protect each and every person as much as possible. Shall any customer seek further assistance please contact us immediately with your concerns!
